Eunice Virginia Welch Browning, 97, one of God's angels entered his kingdom on January 4, 2016. She was born in Pensacola, Florida on July 28, 1918. Eunice was a member of Pine Forest United Methodist Church for 57 years, and she was the oldest living member of the church. She is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Winford A. Browning. She is survived by her son, Jack M. Browning; and daughter, Betty Starnes (John); grandchildren, Chris Starnes (Donna), Jennifer Hand (Randy), Rachel Acton (Hugh); nine great grandchildren; brother, Edward Welch; sister, Ruth McNeil; daughter-in-law, Carla Hill; and many nieces and nephews that she was very proud of.Funeral service will be on Monday, January 11, 2016 at 11 AM at Pine Forest United Methodist Church. Family will receive friends from 10 AM until time of service. Interment will follow. Reverend Dan Taylor will officiate the service. Oak Lawn Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
