

Always Witty, Creative, and Beautiful, Filomena was Born in Munoz Nueva Ecija, PI, in the summer of 1929 to Crispin & Marcela Aromin she grew up with her brother Samion. She received her degree in Agriculture at Central Luzon Agricultural College, and played on the International Softball Team until her marriage to Francisco “Frank” Cabico in the winter of 1962 in Bautista Pangasinan. With Frank she traveled around the world during his Military Service, living and loving while they raised their family of 6 children, before calling Pensacola home. She enjoyed hobbies such as bowling, sewing and gardening and still found time to work as a stenographer, Typing teacher, and dressmaker.
She is survived by her loving husband, Frank, Sons; Frankie and George (Charlotte), Daughters; Ameeh (Walter) Weyburn, Meelah (Rusty) Espadero, Azalea (Craig) Webb, Crystal (Rodney) Ferson, Grandchildren; Angela (Michael) Gray, Lisa Weyburn, Sidney Espadero, Alexis Espadero, Tyler Webb, Alyssa Faith, Marcus Cabico, Christopher Cabico, Anthony Cabico, Ashley Cabico & Great-Grandchildren; Arianna & Luke.
She will forever be loved and cherished by all who knew and loved her. Visitation to be held Sunday 4-6 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home and Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday at 9am at Oak Lawn Funeral home with burial to follow at Barrancas National Cemetery.
