He is survived by brother, Richard A. Lowery of Milton, Florida; wife, Sherry L. Cook-Lowery from Glendale, Wisconsin; children, Douglas Craig, Brady Craig and Nathan H. Cook of Menomonie, Wisconsin; his niece, Bridgette Lowery-Garner and family of Gulf Breeze.
He served as an Army Ranger. He loved his family and football. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
