Janice Virginia Miles

Janice Miles, loving mother, nana and friend departed for Heaven on 10/23/2023. Janice was born on July 8, 1941 and was an only child. She had many roles in her life including restaurant manager and cook, home daycare, homemaker, floral arranger and seamstress. While she may have had physical limitations, she did not allow them to stop her or hinder her goals. Her focus was her God and her family and made everyone close to her feel loved.

She is preceded in death by her parents Thurby and Robbie Lowery. She leaves behind her sons, Matthew (Stacy) and David Miles; granddaughters Kayla (Jon) McIntosh and Rebekah (Hunter) Winstanley; great grandchildren Luke, Emmalyn, Vivianne and Graham; Her best friends Nelda Patterson and Brenda Trawick. Although she has left this Earth, her legacy will live on in our hearts and lives in the countless ways she helped others and her love.

A visitation for Janice will be held Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Victory Assembly of God, 1895 Victory Rd, Cantonment, FL 32533. A funeral service will occur Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 1895 Victory Rd, Cantonment, FL 32533. A graveside service will occur Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 12:45 at Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens, 1985 West Nine Mile Road, Pensacola, FL 32534.
