Justin Bertrand Taylor

1999-2015

Justin Bertrand Taylor, age 15, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2015, as the result of injuries received in an auto accident. Justin was born on July 29, 1999, in Pensacola to his loving parents, Valerie and David Taylor, the youngest of 3 sons. His father passed away when Justin was only 5 years old.

Justin attended Pine Meadow Elementary, Woodham Middle, and Tate High Schools. He lettered as a freshman on the Tate tennis team. He was an active member of the Pine Forest Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he participated in many youth activities including volunteering in service projects and participating in the Boy Scout troop, where he soon would have received his Eagle Scout Award. He was known for his contagious smile and his easy-going saunter. He was a gifted musician and had studied piano and guitar.

Justin is survived by his mother; Valerie Taylor, brothers; Nathan Taylor of Miami and Spencer Taylor of Pensacola, grandparents; Glenda and Larry Taylor of Pensacola and Michele Mazeaud of Limoges, France, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is predeceased by his grandfather; Jacques Amellal of Limoges, France.

The family will receive friends from 9:00am – 10:15am on Friday, March 27 at the LDS Chapel at 9490 Fox Run Road in Pensacola, Funeral Service @ 10:30.
