Lisa was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She would defend her loved ones with every ounce of her being. She was very artistic and crafty and loved to crochet, knit and needle point. She loved holidays, especially Halloween, spending months prior searching for costumes for herself and Terry. She was head strong and opinionated, but loving and caring. She always loved having a good time especially on the lake in Doe Valley, Kentucky and “Happy Hour Golf” with her golf girl friends. She would entertain her family with her Donald Duck voice, singing “The Christmas Song” (Chestnuts roasting on an open fire…).
The family would like to thank Gentiva Hospice, Francis and Joe for the care and compassion they showed Lisa in her final days. Also, Ascension Sacred Heart Cancer Center Staff, CenterWell Healthcare staff and DeLuna Rehab Staff.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating in Lisa's honor to The American Cancer Society, your local SPCA or organization of your choice.
