Lois started working at Sherry's and immediately became a great friend.
Lois became honorary sister in 2001 when the Favorite girls went to a Baker's Convention in Las Vegas. September 11th to be exact!
We made the best of our 36 hour cross country road trip back home and Lois was right there with us.
Lots of laughs in that van!
I made a 2nd trip to Las Vegas with Lois, Sherry and Linda Kay for New Years.
Yes, they lost our luggage.
Lots of memories from that trip.
Always remember what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!
I can hear Lois laughing!!
We had so many good times.
So many great memories.
Lois, you will be missed.
We love you,
Lisa and Cliff

I remember Mrs. Peacock with warm memories. I ate many a meal she prepared and spent many nights in her home. She was always welcoming and kind to me as I grew up in the neighborhood being friends with Cindy since we were in the same classroom at Montclair Elementary beginning in the second grade. I remember her love of bowling spending time at the bowling alley. I remember she always wore white Keds tennis shoes with the footies with the Pom poms on the back of them. Oh the great childhood memories I am remembering thinking of her. She had a great laugh I will always remember. My condolences to her family. She was one in a million!

My deepest sympathies go out to Doug & Pat, Cindy & Mike, Robin & Craig, and the entire family. I smile when I think of the many memories we have with her. She was always so outgoing, vivacious, welcoming, and a true joy to be around. Her affection and kindness will always be remembered as well. My prayers for comfort and peace go out to the family and her many friends, now and going forward. My love goes out to you all as well.

Love,
Pebbles

When I think of Mrs. Peacock I remember all the Saturday mornings at Liberty Lanes. How I was immediately welcomed into her home when we moved to Montclair when I was in sixth grade. We played baseball in her backyard for years. I can’t express how much her kindnesses meant to me. She will be remembered by me and many other kids that grew up in the neighborhood as a great “neighborhood Mom”. Thank you Lois!

Lois...I will always remember the times we would dance in the casinos and everyone in the buffet line would watch us. Haha. We had a lot of great times and many girls were jealous of you being my girlfriend haha. Lots of love!

Dear Doug, Robin and Cindy,

I am so sorry for your loss and I can’t imagine what you’re going through. I hope you know how much I love you and you’re in my thoughts and prayers. Your mother was always so sweet and wonderful to me. And I’m so thankful for the memories I have growing up with you and being around her. Your Dad was great too!
I hope you know I’m with you in spirit.
Love & hugs,
Nancy

I had so many wonderful memories with Lois! She loved to go to Biloxi with my sister Sherry and me! My favorite memory was the day she was so excited to get to go that she forgot to turn her car off! It was still running when we got back! Rest In Peace my dear friend Lois! You will be missed! Love, Nancy
