

Peggy is survived by her mother, Mary “Ruth” Ironnecklace; her brothers Kenneth Livesay and Richard Livesay; and one sister, Cynthia Livesay. She is predeceased by her brother, Robert Livesay, and her father, Eugene Livesay. Peggy has many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Peggy graduated from Woodham High School, and then attended Pensacola Junior College where she earned her degree. She also attended many other medical schools of technology, and then she worked for 39 years at Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital in the laboratory.
Peggy loved to sing and had a beautiful voice. She sang at many church events and festivals throughout Florida. Making crafts and gorgeous pottery were two of the many hobbies she enjoyed during her free time. Also, Peggy loved reading books of all kinds.
Peggy seldom met a stranger, and she loved people. Her beautiful smile was always full of joy. She showed kindness and respect to everyone. Peggy was a light and shining star in God’s beautiful world. Her laughter was contagious and brought much happiness to everyone she met.
We will miss you, Peggy, but your laughter will forever be heard. You will always be in our hearts. We love you!
A Visitation will occur from Friday, May 24, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home, 1985 W. Nine Mile Road, Pensacola, FL 32534.A Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Peggy will be conducted at 11:00 AM at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home chapel. Burial will occur following the Service.
