

Born on January 16, 1966, in Greenville, Mississippi, Terri was the daughter of W.L. “Buddy” Russell Jr. (deceased) and Ruth S. King, and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. K.J. Sweatt and Mr. and Mrs. W.L. Russell Sr. She was raised in Greenville and graduated from Washington School in 1984, where she was a member of the Beta Club. In 1985, she became a charter member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She went on to graduate from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1988 with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics with an emphasis in Statistics. From a young age, Terri was an entrepreneur, carrying her drive and determination into every endeavor she pursued. She retired in January 2022, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and dedication.
On May 13, 1995, Terri married the love of her life, Gary Bullock. Together they shared 30 years of marriage filled with laughter, adventure, and devotion. Terri loved tennis and the thrill of competition, as well as biking, watching sunsets, and generously sharing her time with others. A devoted Christian, she lived her life with faith, joy, and an uplifting spirit that touched all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Bullock; her mother, Ruth S. King; her brother, Kenneth Russell (Heather); her sisters, Melanie Bast (Mike) and Stephanie Longsworth (Nick); and her hospice nurse and sister-in-law, Chris Bridges. She will also be dearly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Terri’s life will be remembered as one of faith, love, generosity, and joy. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 10:00AM at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel.
