Timothy Bathurst

1966-2010

Tim Bathurst, 44, beloved son, brother, uncle and nephew, was taken from us unexpectedly on Sunday, September 5th, in Milton, FL. He was born on September 4, 1966 to Ben and Dona Bathurst, in Pensacola, FL, where he grew up and attended school. An expert, hardworking roofer by trade, Tim, or Timmy, as he was known to his family, was an avid fisherman and NASCAR enthusiast. He is best remembered by all he encountered as having a gentle soul and kind heart. His kindness and generosity to strangers was well known to those closest to him. Above all else, Tim was fiercely loyal to his family, who meant the world to him.

Tim is preceded in death by his mother, Dona Bathurst. He is survived by his father, Ben Bathurst, sisters Cheryl Kelley (Gary) and Darlene Bathurst, all from Pensacola, his brother Ben Bathurst from Fort Lauderdale, FL and brother Air Force Technical Sergeant Philip Bathurst from Baton Rouge, LA, in addition to several loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends for visitation at Oak Lawn Funeral Home from 10-11:00am Thursday, September 9, 2010 with funeral service to begin at 11:00am. Interment will follow in Bayview Memorial Park. Oak Lawn Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
