Pat came on almost my first safari and Donna came on almost my second safari. Things can go wrong in a camping safari but my friends Donna and Pat were never ruffled. 
I owe you Pat and Donna many happy days. 

1988 or 89.  Potters went to Africa with Quinns 15 times (or more).

Uncle Pat has been a part of our family my whole life.  He talked to my dad, Jim Potter,  EVERY DAY.  It is a deep wound that they are both gone, along with good friend Bud Pugh ( who died the same day as Pat!).  These three were part of a band of brothers that shared their love of critters and nature.

Pat, what a blessing it was to know you, an honor to learn from you and always my good fortune to drive you to Rotary or walk around the Zoo and listen to your colorful stories. Your lifelong love of animals, conservation, and wildlife education left a legacy for all to 
enjoy.  You'll be greatly missed.

I am so sorry for the loss of this amazing man!  A life filled with passion and purpose and lived to its fullest.  I'll never forget the lessons he taught me, especially the one on how to get a rhino out of a crate!

He will be missed but not forgotten. Loved every minute we spent at The Zoo over our 17 years of being Docents. Sorry we will not be able to attend in January due to a pre planned trip. Tim loved playing with snakes and I got to be Kera’s caretaker on Saturday’s for a year. So many memories and trip with Pat and Donna to Africa. I had the pleasure of driving the train for 5 years and got to meet several celebrities. Love Karen and Tim Sutton
