Willa Margaret Scott, 74, of Pensacola passed away Friday, April 10, 2015. She was born January 9, 1941 in Thompson, Missouri and was the oldest child of Thomas Albert and Minnie Ruth Gola. She and her late husband, Bobby, moved to Pensacola in 1969 where they resided ever since.
Willa is survived by her devoted daughter; Kem (Gerald) Potter, devoted son; Alan (Patti) Scott, devoted grandson; Dalton; son, Darryl Baysinger; brother, Jerry Gola; sisters, Gwen Turner and Stephanie Bonney and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband; Bobby V. Scott, mother; Minnie Ruth Gola, father; Thomas Albert Gola, sister; Phyllis Jean Cook and brother; Michael Eugene Gola.
Willa was recently baptized into the Catholic faith and a member of St. John's Catholic Church. Willa enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoyed her grandson, Dalton, and all activities that he was involved in. Dalton's "Meemaw" could be found at any ball field he was playing at sitting on the sidelines cheering him on.
