1955 - 2011

Randy, age 56 left to be with our Lord and Savior on September 3, 2011 at a local Hospital.

He was an organ donor and through this he was able to touch many other lives.

Randy was born in Greenville, Pennsylvania to William Edward Caughey and Patricia (Scott) Caughey and had resided in Pensacola, Florida since 1958. He was a member of Baptist Temple Church. He was preceded in death by his father William E. Caughey, brother Kenneth Leroy Caughey, and brother Donald Bruce Caughey. He is survived by his daughter Molly Mackenzie Caughey, mother Patricia Caughey, (George Williamson), sister Autumn Caughey and his beloved grandson Jared Gaumapas. Also left to grieve is his favorite aunt Lois Sanders, many nieces, nephews and many dear friends, including his partner of many years donna Sanders.

Randy was a partner in the Caughey Insurance Agency for many years then later pursued his interest as a truck driver. Prior to retirement he works for Evergreen transportation.

Visitation will be Wednesday September 7, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and funeral services will be Thursday September 8, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel 3351 Scenic Hwy.

Reverend Paul Woody will be officiating and special words of comfort will be provided by Dr. Randy Thompson.
