Alice A Prahl Robb

She was born February 4, 1930 in Mansfield, IL to Albert and Juanita (Kirkpatrick) Prahl. She married William Robb on June 17, 1951 in Peoria.

Surviving are her two sons and their wives, David and Kathy Robb of Peoria and Steve and Donna Robb of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren: Daniel (Daniah) Robb, Laura Robb and Jennifer Robb; her great-grandchildren, Jaxen, Parker, Gabriel, Vayda and Miles.

Alice was preceded in death by her husband, her sister Mary and her parents.

Alice graduated from Methodist Nursing School and served as a nurse at Methodist Hospital until her children were born. She then chose to stay at home and raise her family.

Alice loved her family above all else. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enriched the lives of those who were close and encouraged us to be better people.

She was a very strong and athletic woman. She enjoyed playing competitive volleyball and tennis as an adult. She also enjoyed skiing in Aspen and traveling the world with her husband, Bill. She had a great life!

Cremation will be accorded. Private family services will be held. Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
