She was born Dec. 27, 1954 in Peoria to Harold E. and Charlotte (Witherell) Allen.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her mother of Peoria, three children: Shawn (Tosha) Koga of Farmington, Stephanie (Dennie) Whitlatch of Hanna City, Mary (Eric) Shaw of DeKalb, ten grandchildren: Jacob, Miranda, Brianna, Ryan, Sabrina, Michael, Morgan, Kylee, Cody, Annaleigh, one great-granddaughter, Cadence, and six brothers and sisters: Debi Bundy of Peoria, Cindy Allen of Peoria, Tim (Teri) Allen of Lacon, Tom (Denise) Allen of Pasco, WA, Harold “Joe” Allen of Peoria, and Stephen Allen of Peoria.
Becky was a Homemaker and worked in the Peoria area for several years.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be a private family service at Swan Lake Memorial Gardens at a later date. Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Stray Animal Midway Shelter (SAMS) in Hanna City.
