Betty was born on January 29, 1938 in Tunnel Hill, Illinois to William Paul and Ora Ann (Anderson) McHugh.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Paula (Dan) Utley of Bartonville, IL; her son, Jim (Sue) Culshaw of Peoria, IL; her granddaughter, Ashley (Scott) Vicary of Peoria, IL; and her great-grandson, Brox Vicary. She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved dog, Tippy.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at 2pm at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Bartonville. Arrangements were made through Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Memorials may be made to TAPS. Online condolences may be made through www.davison-fulton-bartonvillechapel.com
