Betty Jane Kellogg

Peoria – Betty Jane Kellogg, 90, of 900 Centennial Dr., East Peoria, formerly of Willow Lake, Peoria, passed away at 7:00 PM on Monday, April 5, 2010, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria. She was born on November 20, 1919, in Peoria to Sanford and Edna “ Myrtle” Wasson Weber. She married William Kellogg on February 27, 1937 in Bloomington.

He preceded her in death on May 10, 2002 in Peoria.

Betty is survived by one daughter Carol (Marlin) Lobberecht of Washington, IL; one son, William (Wanda) Kellogg of Hopewell, IL; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 14 great- great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson, a brother and a sister.

She had worked for the Quality Electric Co. in Peoria for 30 years as a bookkeeper, retiring in 1981. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Peoria.

Funeral Services for Betty will be at 11:00A.M.Friday, April 9, 2010 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Pastor Clarence Small will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M.until 8:00 P.M.Thursday, April 8 at the funeral home.

Entombment will be at American Mausoleum in Peoria at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to Rescue 33 in Chillicothe.
