Bobbie James Marshall Sr., 87, of Peoria, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022 at his residence surrounded by family. He was born on October 28, 1934 in Baldwyn, Mississippi to Nebraska and Gertrude (Delaworth) Marshall. He married Marzie McManus on May 21, 1960, she survives.
He is also survived by his children, Carl Marshall, Shelia Marshall, Bobbie (Denise) Marshall Jr., and Rico Gray, 1 Goddaughter Janice Marshall, 1 Godson Steve Jefferson, 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one daughter, Valerie Marshall.
A visitation for Bobbie will be held Sunday, September 18, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Following the visitation will be a funeral service at 2:00 PM at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel, 2021 N University St, Peoria, Illinois 61604. The Repass will be held at Raber Packing Co. 3000 W Farmington Rd, West Peoria, IL 61604 immediately following the service.
