Daphna was born on October 1, 1947 in Lawrence County, TN to Lucius and Kathlene (Felker) Duncan. She married Richard “Dick” Rudloff on March 13, 1965.
Surviving are her husband, Dick; her daughter, Dawn (Rob) Rudloff-Seay of Peoria, IL; her two grandsons, Dillon and Dustin Lyon, both of Peoria; and four sisters, Peggy Thompson, Doretha (Allan) Greiner, Reba (Bill) Mudra and Denise (Nate) Hoagland. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Lisa Diane; and one son, Scott Richard.
Daphna worked for Midwest Urological in Peoria for 25 years as well as Mailing System and Caterpillar. She loved watching her grandsons play sports and was a volunteer for the Limestone Youth Baseball. She was the best cooker in the family and she never missed a garage sale.
It was Daphna’s wish to be donated to science. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria at 7pm with visitation beginning at 4:30pm. Rev. Stephen Barch will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the University of Michigan Scleroderma Foundation, the Limestone Youth Baseball Program or Choates Creek Church in Pulaski, TN.
