She was born May 19, 1944 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Harold and Dorothy (Baerwald) Stremke. She married Rodney Scott in Milwaukee in 1961.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Fred Stremke.
Survivors include two daughters: Julie (Patrick) Deibel of Peoria, Sunny Olsen of Chillicothe, one son, Dan (Stacey) Scott of Germantown Hills, her life partner, Thomas Jordan of Peoria, six grandchildren, and her ex-husband, Rodney Scott of Florida.
Donna worked at the Peoria County Health Dept., the American Heart Association, and for Multiple Sclerosis.
She was a member of Entre Nous and First Federated Church in Peoria.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life service will be Saturday Jan. 31, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
Burial will be in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens in Peoria.
Memorials may be made to the Illinois Cancer Center on Rt. 91 in Peoria.
