Donna J. Shelor, 79, of Peoria formally of Morton, IL passed away Tuesday February 8, 2011 in Peoria. Donna was born December 26, 1931 in Peoria, IL to Walter and Mary Archer Gottschalk. She later married Burl Shelor in Peoria, IL.
Surviving is her daughter Cynthia (Ed) Childers of Peoria, IL, three grandchildren; Amanda (Scott) Streitmatter, Ryan Childers, and Nick Childers, and four great grandchildren. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son Randy Shelor.
Donna retired from Caterpillar, Inc. after thirty years as a clerical assistant in downtown Peoria. She was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God in East Peoria, IL.
