

Dorothy was born on May 29, 1912 in Mercer County, the daughter of Grover C. and Melissa J. McCormick Terry. She married Delbert O Dunblazier in Lewistown, on April 19, 1930.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Dick) Negley of Dahlonega, GA; one daughter-in-law, Nadia Farrell of Jackson, WY; six grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband of forty-five years; two sons, Kenneth and Robert; one brother, Donald Terry; one sister, Katherine Lake; and one grandson, David.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to her care givers, Debbie, Carole, Fran, Jill, Laurie, and Mary, and a special neighbor, Myrna. Also thank you to her two favorite nieces, Kathy and Melissa.
Dorothy was a bookkeeper for Carver Lumber Co. for thirty years. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Transportation Club, National Association of Women in Construction, and Homemakers Extension of Peoria County.
She was the oldest member of Hanna City United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Friday, April 10, 2015 at Hanna City Methodist Church. Pastor Robert DeBolt will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
Entombment will be in The Parkview Memorial Chapel in Parkview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hanna City United Methodist Church.
