

He was born on January 4, 1960 in Miami, FL to Pedro Jose Hernandez and Mercedes (Acevedo) Lytle. He married Teresa (Hickman) Foulks on August 22, 2000 in Gainesville, GA. She survives.
Harry is also survived by children, Antina Hernandez of Tennessee, Charles Foulks V of Gainesville, GA, Nicholas (Amanda) Tomlin of Middleburg, FL, Sara (Matthew) Vanderwulp of Green Valley, IL; Stephanie Osborne of Fort Pierce, FL and Samantha (Benjamin) Callaway of Auburn, IN; 8 grandchildren; and siblings, Larry Hernandez of Miami, FL, Merry Maxton of Hollywood, FL and Ralph (Dorcas) Hernandez of Lakeworth,FL.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mercedes Lytle and brother, Paul Hernandez.
Harry retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of service. Most recently he worked for Apollo as a cosmetic merchandiser so that he would be able to travel. He enjoyed spending time spoiling his children and grandchildren. Family was his utmost priority, be they near or far.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 6 p.m. at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Rev. Dr. Linda Philabaun will officiate.
A memorial visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. Thursday also at the funeral home.
