She was born November 16, 1912 in Peoria, a daughter of Fred and Anna Hart DuPell, she married Ernest J. Bremer on September 8, 1934. He preceded her in death on March 23, 1993 in Peoria.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Donald who died Nov. 1, 2004 in California, and two sisters.
Surviving are three sons, David (Pat) Bremer of Canton, Stephen Bremer of Peoria, Daniel Bremer of Peoria; one daughter, Linda (Michael) Ream of Penn Valley, CA; five grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Mrs. Bremer was the Co-Founder of Bremer Jewelry Company in Peoria retiring in April 1984.
She was a longtime member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Peoria.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, March 4, 2011 at Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria. Pastor Barry Long will officiate. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria.
