Jolene Randle Brooks

Jolene Randle Brooks, 37, of Glasford, IL passed away Thursday, January 16, 2014 in an automobile accident. She was born March 2, 1976 in Peoria, IL to Joseph and Deborah (Collister) Randle, Jr. She married Dennis Brooks, Sr., on November 10, 2007 in Groveland, IL. A graduate of Limestone High School, Jolene attended Midstate College where she earned her Associate Degree in business. She later went on to work for Federal Companies in East Peoria, IL as a logistics coordinator for several years. Jolene loved to spend time with her family and friends. She loved to sing karaoke; her hobbies also included camping, equestrian riding, and water sports. Jolene was a sports fanatic; a huge Chicago Bears fan, and never missed one of her children’s sporting events. Jolene also attended Northwoods Community Church. Surviving is her husband Dennis Brooks, Sr., of Glasford, IL, three sons; Dennis Brooks, Jr. of Hanna City, IL, CotyJo Milliman of Glasford, IL, and Colton Milliman of Glasford, IL, sister Shawna (Brett) Rogy of Peoria, IL, grandmothers Velma Grimes of East Peoria, IL and Geraldine Shoen of Wisconsin, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, a great niece and great nephews, and a god son. Services will be held at 5 pm Monday, January 20, 2014 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Visitation will be from 2 – 5 pm at the funeral home. Cremation rites will be accorded.
