She was born January 25, 1939 in Tulsa, OK to Gene and Florene (Chatman) Stewart. She was preceded in death by her husband Dean Dobbins. She is survived by her son, Allen Dobbins, of Rome; and daughter, Dana (Jeff) Dennis, of Winchester, KY.
Eve retired from Cohen Furniture as Office Manager in 2000, and volunteered at Helping Hands in Chillicothe. She joined Chillicothe Christian Church in 2010 and loved being a part of her church family. She was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed gardening, feeding the birds, scouring antique stores, collecting cats, and playing Bunco with longtime friends.
Memorial services will be held at Chillicothe Christian Church on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 11AM. Family will greet friends an hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Chillicothe Christian Church. Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton is in charge of arrangements.
