She was born on February 26, 1939 in Peoria, IL to Thomas D. and Loretta (Johnson) Alexander. She married William Bennett. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents and two sisters.
Surviving are her daughters, Elaine Bennett of Colfax, IL and Bonnie (Matthew) Dettone of Peoria, IL; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers and three sisters.
Services will be held Monday, November 17, 2014 at 11am at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Pottstown Cemetery in Pottstown, IL.
