Shannon Marie Bschor

She was born on November 7, 1971, in Peoria, IL to Cary and Susan (McEnary) Moses. She married Michael Bschor on October 5, 1996. He survives with their daughter, Addison Bschor. Also surviving are her two sisters Heather (Moses) Hartmann and Cara Moses; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Shannon graduated Summa Cum Laude from Eastern Illinois University in 1994 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality. She worked for Marriott Hotels as a Senior Event Manager until her passing. Shannon loved many things, such as camping, fishing trips with her family dating back to her grandfather, and Disney vacations with her daughter. She loved traveling both nationally and internationally, but she thoroughly enjoyed the ocean, beaches, and sun. Her favorite activities were relaxing by the pool, shelling, and beachcombing. Her favorite animals were manatees, dolphins and sea turtles.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church at 10 am on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 with visitation from 8:30 am until the start of the service. The service will have a live video feed for those who wish to attend via remotely. Father Gregory Jozefiak will officiate. Services will be lived streamed at the Holy Family Catholic Church website www.peoriaholyfamily.com, select the church page, select mass stream, and then select live. Burial will follow the service at Parkview Cemetery in Peoria.
