She was born to Marshall and Marjorie Campbell February 5, 1939 in Peoria, IL.
Shirley is survived by two sisters; Nancy (Eldon) Schoedel of Peoria and Marsha Campbell of Portland, OR, nieces Karen Davis of Milford, UT, Sandra McDonald of East Peoria, and her nephew Todd (Jeanne) Castor of Washington, IL, seven great nieces and nephews, one great great niece and two great great nephews and her loving aunt, Harriet B. Berner.
Shirley was a volunteer for the American Red Cross for many years and a member of the American Legion.
