She was born March 6, 1924 in Peoria to Herbert and Marybelle (Foltz) Kinsall. She married Thomas Marshal Bradley on April 15, 1944 in St Louis, MO. She was predeceased by her parents, husband, and her son, Thomas Michael Bradley.
Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Janet Bradley, grandchildren: Angela (Jason) Froidcoeur and Adam (Jenny) Bradley, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and one nephew.
Jean retired as Executive Director for the Peoria Board of Election Commissioners in 1982. She was a member of the Illinois Association of Election Commission Officials and a life member of the VFW Auxiliary.
Graveside services will be Friday, Oct. 29, 2021 at 12 Noon at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria. Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria is in charge of arrangements.
