Alma Sarah Mercer

MERCER: Alma Sarah (Longtime Member of St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church) Peacefully at her home on Monday, April 9, 2012 in her 99th year. Alma, beloved wife of the late Lorne Mercer. Loving mother of Bob and his wife Pam, John and his wife Linda, and Kathy Mercer. Predeceased by her daughter Rev. Lorna Thompson, and by her son Bill (Cathy). Cherished Nana of Cindy, Michelle, Andrea, Kimberly, James, Melody, and Nicole, and great Nana of seven. Alma is survived by one sister and predeceased by eight brothers and sisters. Friends are invited to call at the KAYE FUNERAL HOME ‘MEMORIAL CHAPEL’ 539 George Street N., on Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Service in the Kaye Chapel on Thursday, April 12th, 2012 at 2:00 with Reverend George Turner officiating.
