Fred Laton was husband and partner to Phyllis for 42 years. He spent the last 4 years enjoying his retirement from Norampac (Domtar) where he worked for 38 years. Fred was an avid golfer as well as fisherman and enjoyed many travelling adventures with both family and friends. He also volunteered with church league hockey along with playing the sport in his role of athlete. His grandchildren will remember Papa as a man who cherished them all and was overjoyed to be their grandfather. Fred and Phyllis’ home was always a welcoming place. Family card games and drop-ins were frequent and fun. Dad your sense of humour and singing voice is already missed.
