Peacefully, at Canterbury Gardens, on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 93 years of age. Hazel is survived by her brother Keith and his wife Sally along with many cousins, nieces, nephews and their families. She was predeceased by her parents Harvey & Florence; her sister Ruby and her brothers Fred & Ray. She retired after 35years of service as an Assistant to the Service Manager of the Assessment Division for the Province of Ontario. Visitation will begin at 10 am followed by a funeral service at 11 am on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street. Interment will follow at Little Lake Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Canterbury Gardens for the care and compassion shown to Hazel over her stay there.
