Passed peacefully on October 19, 2022 at Fairhaven Long Term Care at the age of 96. Dear Mother of Betty Ann (her partner Doug) and pre-deceased by Donna Mapletoft (Ronald) of Elliot Lake. Grandmother of Bonnie Dart (Brian) of Selwyn, Greg, Susan, and Victoria Dass (Harri) of Omemee. Great Grandmother to Brianne (Mark), Bramon, Malcolm, Lena, Carson and Alex. Pre-deceased by her parents Alex and Ethel Davis, brothers William and Carl Davis and sisters Marion and Beverly Danford.
Helen retired from the Westclox and was a long time volunteer with St. John’s Ambulance.
Visitation will be held at Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge St, Peterborough on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm followed by the funeral service, officiated by Rev. Lyle Horn. Burial to follow at Norwood Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to St. John’s Ambulance in memory of her long-time volunteer work would be welcome, or to a charity of your choice.
