She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Alex Wayne Manley in 2017.
Helen will be forever cherished by her devoted sons, Wayne and Garry, who were the centre of her world.
She leaves behind her treasured grandchildren — Alexandria, Wade, Ryanne, and Emily — who brought her immense pride and joy. She is also lovingly remembered by her sister, Marianne Iwanitsky.
Helen had a special place in her heart for all animals, especially her faithful companion, Maggie, who rarely left her side. She found great happiness in tending to her garden, nurturing both flowers and the people she loved with gentle care.
Her warmth, compassion, and unwavering love for family and animals will be remembered always.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Ashburnham Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 840 Armour Road, Peterborough, ON, on March 15, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm., where family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and honour a life so dearly loved.
