September 2nd 1949-January 8th 2022
Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Hospice Peterborough at the age of 72. Cherished husband of 50 years of the late Marion. Loving son of the late Albert and Jean. Loving father to the late Robert, James, and Derek (Cindy). Loving grandpa to Emma, Abby, and the late Carly. Brother of June, Fred, the late Barbara, Norma, the late Loretta, Nancy, Ron, Cheryl, Kathy, Donna, and Wayne. Jim will also be remembered by his many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews.
Jim was the owner and operator of James Bolton Heating for 50 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and especially loved moose hunting. He also had a wonderful sense of humour.
A family service will be held at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy donations to Peterborough Regional Health Centre ICU, Hospice Peterborough, or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
