James Harrison Couper was born silent on April 14, 2023 to parents Nicholas and Mandy Couper. James is deeply loved by his Mommy and Daddy, his Grandparents, Gary Couper, Janet and Brian Harrison, David and Heather Fountain, his Aunts and Uncles, Ryan and Ali Couper, Kyra Couper and Daniel Fountain.
