Jim is survived by his wife of 61 years Shirley. Jim will be forever missed by his son Peter Somerville and daughters Sheila Ryan (Jim) and Heather Doucette (Mike). Left to mourn his loss are his grandchildren Adam, Sydney, Erin and Emily. He will be missed by his fur grand and great-grand babies.
Jim loved his time watching curling and hockey. He was a die hard Coronation Street fan and enjoyed people watching at the trailer and on family vacations.
A private family gathering will be held and a tree planted in his memory in the springtime.
