PORTSMITH, Jean May – At Lancaster Long Term Care on Tuesday December 9, 2025 in her 95th year. Loving mother of Gail Boucher (Robert), Dianne Portsmith-McClennan (Roger), Sherry Hedges (Russ) and Lisa Eastabrook (Steve). Predeceased by her son Wayne. Dear Grandma of Colin (Yang), Natalie, Emily, Elise and Alanah. A funeral service will be held at the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street on Monday December 15, 2025 at 11:00 am. Interment will take place in the spring at St. Mark’s Cemetery. In memory of Jean, if desired donations may be made to the Lakefield Animal Welfare Society (LAWS) or Cameron House.
