1971 – 2023
Went to be with Jesus on Friday, November 10, 2023 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre after a 30+ year struggle with chronic MS. Dearest daughter of the late Joan and the late Gerald. Sister of the late Sean. Survived by her brother, Blair and sister-in-law, Masako. Loving aunt of Sakura and Mana Hancock. Also, survived by her biological mother, Marianne Grittani of Salt Spring Island, BC. Early on, in her short time of mobility, she loved the arts: music and dance. Jennifer played several musical instruments, wrote music and songs, and danced – entertaining often on stage. So much was taken from this horrible disease, it is comforting to know she is now singing and dancing again. Thank you to the nurses and caregivers of PRHC – C2 and to Pastor Ben for his spiritual support and care. A celebration of Jennifer’s life will be held at a later date. If desired, donations to Peterborough Regional Health Centre Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Condolences may be shared and donations made by visiting www.communityalternative.ca
