It is with heartbreaking sorrow we announce the sudden passing of our dear son John O'Brien. He was a young man taken away from us far too soon. John worked in construction and was very proud of his Irish heritage. He was strong-willed, good natured and protective of his friends. He had an enduring interest in body building, mma and classic cars. He helped guide and train many in the sport of body building. He is survived by his parents, Heather and Malcolm O'Brien, his brother Stacey and his son Tyson {whom he adored}. He will be greatly missed by a large extended family and many friends. He will be cremated and a private memorial will be held at a later date. Dear John, May you find peace on your journey. Memorial donations in John's memory can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated by the Family.
