Kenneth Evan Skelly

Peacefully, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre-ICU, on Saturday, July 09, 2011 at 83 years of age. Ken will be missed by his sons Richard (Australia), James (Oshawa) and Joseph (Beaumont), his daughter Sandra (Edmonton), and his seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his siblings Frank and Irene (both of Kirkland Lake). Ken had many dear friends with whom he spent many hours curling, lawn bowling, hunting, fishing, playing billiards and cards. Ken was a longtime employee of Imperial Life Assurance of Canada having over 50 years service. There will be a time to gather and remember Ken from 1:00 – 3:00 pm on Friday, July 15 at The Royal Canadian Legion, 96 King Street East, Bobcaygeon. In keeping with Ken’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough, Ontario (705) 745-4683.
