At home surrounded by his loving family on Monday, January 26, 2015 in his 91st year. Married to his beloved wife Margaret “Betty” Elizabeth Hancock (nee Scully) for 64 years. Loving father of Kevin Hancock (Angela) and Karen Buzzie (Charles “Butch”). Grandpa to Jim, John (Jenn), David (Lisa), Ryan and Ashely Buzzie. Great-grandpa to Jessica & Zachary, Emma & Carter. Lloyd was a longtime active member of St. Giles Presbyterian Church and the Masonic Lodge. A loyal fan and 55 year season ticket holder of the Peterborough Petes. He loved dancing, playing cards and always lived his life to the fullest. A Memorial Service will be held at the Comstock Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 356 Rubidge Street on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 3:00 pm. Visitation will be held two hours prior to service from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. In memory of Lloyd, donations to the Alzheimer Society or St. Giles Presbyterian Church would be appreciated by the family.
