Dear father of Lorraine Lamothe (Frans Arentz) of Australia, Louis Lamothe (Arlene) of Saskatchewan, Muriel Box (her late husband Ted) of B.C., Maurice Lamothe (Meriza Bennington) of B.C. and Michelle Lamothe (Curtis Weekes) of Peterborough. Grandfather of Christopher, Amanda, Jamie, Carrie, Christina, Chantel, Tasha, DaCosta and Thornelle. Great grandfather of Dawson, Logan, Payge, Cory, Alexis, Jackson, Rebecca, Nathan, Steven and Emily. Great great grandfather of Karissa. Survived by sister Alexina Grégoire (London, ON), and sisters-in-law Béatrice Lamothe (Cochrane, ON), Aline Lamothe (Kitchener), Jeannine Lamothe (Peterborough), Violet Lamothe (Driftwood, ON). Predeceased by his parents Camille Lamothe and Azélia “Délia” (née Gladu). Brothers David, Wilfrid, Albert, Adélard, Félix, Ernest, Edward, Lucien. Sisters Alberta, Exilia, Oliva, Diana, Marie-Louise. Sisters-in-law Cécile, Alice, Jacqueline, Jeannette. Brothers-in-law Albert Proulx, Avila Papineau, Albert Dumas, Lucien Lévesque and Jean-Marie Grégoire. Friends will be received at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street from 2-4 & 7-9 pm Friday, April 19, 2013. Funeral Mass will be held at the CATHEDRAL OF ST. PETER-IN-CHAINS, 411 Reid Street on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 10:30 am. Reception and celebration of his life will be held at the Knights of Columbus “Doyle Hall” following the interment at the Little Lake Cemetery. Parish Prayers will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 3:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
