DRYNAN, Michael Arthur ~ peacefully left into God’s care on Tuesday, April 8, 2026 at Springdale Country Manor the age of 80. Beloved husband and best friend of Gayle (née Howson) for over 56 years. Loving father of Andrea Andrews (Tony) and Tracey Morris (Adam). Proud poppa of the late Micah, Tristan, Xander, Daniel, Alec and great-poppa of Jazmin Ford. Dear twin brother of George Drynan (the late Kathy) and brother-in-law of Chris Howson (Barbara), Calvin Howson (Karen), Greg Howson (Pam). Mike will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A special thank you for all of your love and extra support to Angie McCue, Reni Lavigne and Tony Andrews. Mike was a successful business owner and master baker in Bridgenorth Ont., for many years. Known for his dedication and pride in his work that built meaningful connections within the community. He also had a deep passion for art, animals and gardening which he shared with his daughter. Finding joy in growth, creativity and expression. A celebration of Mike’s life will be held at Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough on Monday, April 13th from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Private family interment at Rosemount Memorial Gardens, Peterborough. Mike was supportive of helping others and a donation in his memory to the Peterborough Salvation Army would be greatly appreciated.
