It is with great sadness that the family of Norm Lewis announce that after a courageous battle with cancer, he passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, November 15, 2024 at the age of 71. Loving husband of Susan Lewis. Dear father of Michael Lewis, Paul Lewis (Shannon), Mark Lewis all of Renfrew, Zara Warman (Pete) of Buckhorn and step father of Michael Quigley and Allison Cliff (Daniel) all of Peterborough. Proud grandfather of Jordan, Jade, Alex, Brielle, Preston, Chase, Jayda, Elyna, and Hunter. Brother of Hilda Duncan (Jim) of Renfrew, Keith Lewis (Linda) of Ottawa, Ann Debeau (deceased) (Bob) of Renfrew, Leonard Lewis (Jean) of Renfrew, Brenda Rizk (Sam) of Ottawa and Randy Lewis (Marjorie) of Renfrew. Nephew of Sylvia and Margaret all of Renfrew. Uncle Norm will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Norm retired as a supervisor with Nefab Inc. and enjoyed a career prior with Fisher Gauge. Family and friends will be received at the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough on Sunday, December 1, 2024 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. A Celebration of Norm’s Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 148, 30 Raglan Street South, Renfrew on Wednesday December 4, 2024 at 11:00 am, Padre Bruce Ferguson will officiate, followed by a reception. Interment then to take place at the Rosebank Cemetery, Haley Station. In memory of Norm donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
