Passed away peacefully on Friday, July 9, 2021 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Charles William for 60 years. Devoted mom to Robert Palmer and his wife Lynda, Donna Ridley and her husband John, Marilyn Palmer and her husband Brad, David Palmer and his wife Carrie and Kelvin Palmer (predeceased) and his wife Arlene. Cherished grandma and great grandma. Dear sister of William Bradshaw, the late Dorothy and the late Margaret. Norma will be sadly missed by many friends, neighbors, and family.
