Peacefully passed away Friday, May 2nd, 2025, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre at the age of 89. Loving dad of Richard H. V. Zitman (Bev), Sylvia M Pryde (Iain), Andrew T. H. Zitman (Kim), Johanna E Zitman (Paul). Cherished grandfather of 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 1 expected great-grandchild. He is predeceased by his parents; Hendrik W Zitman (Haarlem, North Holland) and Johanna E Classen (Duisburg, Netherlands). Like his father he supported his family as a self-employed painter.
Aquamation has taken place. Interment Rosemount Memorial Gardens with a private family gathering. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date, respecting his wishes.
