Peacefully on September 14, 2010 with his adoring family by his side. Much loved husband of Suzanne and father to Laura, Bruce and Andrew. Loved brother of Don. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Elsie Johnstone; his brother Bill and sister Irene. Treasured grandfather and great grandfather. Bob was a true renaissance man– an engineer, an inventor, a craftsman, auto mechanic, builder and an amazing fisherman. Most of all Bob was the ultimate family man. His devotion to Suzanne and his children knew no bounds. Bob’s favorite place in the world was Temagami, Ontario where he will return to do some fishing and watch the spectacular sunsets. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough, (705) 745-4683, on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at 1:00 pm.
