Robert (Bob) W Small passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on Friday Dec 20th, 2024 at the age of 81. Bob worked as a town manager in multiple municipalities. He was a dedicated Buffalo Bills fan and almost never missed a game. He loved dogs, having many over his life, leaving behind Daisy – Mae. Bob was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be missed by his wife, Carol; his daughter, Jaye; and grandson, Tyler. He was a proud brother to the late Beryl Budnark and will be missed by Leslie (Les) and Craig Budnark. There will be a private family service to honor his life.
